Footwork becomes more fluid, with an emphasis on quick recovery, lateral movement, and explosive acceleration. Serving and returning serve are critical at this level, as players work on serving with accuracy and power while improving return placement and consistency. Point construction is key, with drills designed to develop a player's ability to set up points through strategic shot selection and positioning.
